My Truck Binder is a fleet operations platform for document storage, compliance workflows, inspections, maintenance records, reporting, automation, and roadside packet access.

Users must keep account credentials secure, maintain accurate company and vehicle data, comply with applicable laws, and use the service only for lawful fleet operations.

Customers retain responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, legality, retention, and timely renewal of all documents, permits, registrations, insurance, inspections, driver credentials, tax records, and carrier filings.

Automations, alerts, data pulls, OCR, dashboards, and reports are workflow aids. They may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, unavailable, or based on stale source data. They do not replace professional review.

Public roadside packet links and QR codes should only expose documents intended for roadside review. Customers are responsible for verifying every document before making it visible.

The service may change as product, regulatory, hosting, security, and integration requirements evolve. Continued use means continued acceptance of the current terms.
